5.3.1 Special markings.

5 . 3 . 2 Normal markings.
In addition to the markings required by
contract or order, unit packages. intermediate packages (when used), and
shipping containers shall be marked in accordance with the requirements
of MIL-STD-129, including serial numbers.

NOTES
6.1 Intended use.
The sustainer test stands procured under this
specification are intended for use in testing the TERRIER missile sustainer
BT-3.
The stands can be rolled about to move the component to the desired
position.
6 . 2 Security.
Preparation, production, and handling of classified
material shall be in conformity with provisions of the Industrial Security
Manual for Safe -guarding Classified Information (Attachment to DD Form 441),
and current security regulations of the cognizant Inspector of Naval Material.
6.3 Ordering Data.
Procurement documents should specify the title,
number, and date of this specification.
6.4 Options.
Desired options shall be forwarded to the contracting
officer prior to use by the contractor.
6.4.1 The attention of the contracting officer is invited to the Quality
Provisions and options in Specification MIL-P-116.
